Today, we don't sell or share your personal information.
Trendosity does not currently sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use only the processors required to run the service (Supabase for our database + auth, Vercel for hosting, Google Maps for place lookups, Anthropic for our AI parser, Resend for transactional email).
We may in the future introduce optional affiliate or advertising features (for example, a “Book on Booking.com” link tied to a friend's hotel recommendation, or a discount on a recommended product). If we do, this page and the cookie banner will be updated, you'll see the change before any new tracking is set, and the opt-out you record below will continue to apply.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. Even though we don't, you can register your preference so it's on the record. We automatically honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

- · Right to correct inaccurate information — edit anything in your profile or recs directly.

- · Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we don't collect sensitive PI as defined by CPRA.
- · Right to non-discrimination — we won't deny service or change pricing because you exercise these rights.
